• A cover letter requesting the legal registration of the society.
• A copy of the Society’s Bylaws and Memorandum of Association
• List of all Society Members
• Affidavits from Office Bearers
• Residential Proof of All Members
• Address proof of the Registered Address or No Objection Certificate from the Landlord

Procedure for the Registration of a Society –

• Select a unique name
• Draft the Memorandum of Association
• The following clauses must be included in the Memorandum:
